To explore the Battlefield
Finding the right location for the event is crucial for this to happen. We need to consider the date, time, place, and availability of members. Not even including the price range of the field. Therefore, it is essential to survey the areas before starting the event.
Operation planning
Once the place is dealt with, it is time to organize the players in the field. How many players overall would be? How many players in each team? Who is in command in those teams? etc. The two opposing teams will have to get organize in terms of roles, ranks, or whatever they do.
Preparation of the coming conflict
Once everything is organized, the two teams may prepare themselves conditionally for the upcoming war ahead. They may plan their attack pattern, positioning, and such. It will all depend on how the commander of that team will prepare his men.
